I did these inside. There were three efforts of 12 minutes and each 12 minute effort was broken into 4 minutes, 2 minutes, 4 minutes and 2 minutes. Four minute power was 310-320 and 2 minutes at 350-360. Power averages were: 316/351/317/349, 312/350/320/361, and 315/359/317/358.
